Sign-ups close 3 hours before class begins. You can change or cancel an existing reservation up to 8 hours prior to the start of the class without penalty. If you cancel less than 8 hours prior to the start of class, you will be charged the full price of the class. No shows will also be charged the full price of the class. Appointments can be managed via your confirmation email.

Strength + Conditioning

    Each class combines functional movements, explosive power drills, and targeted conditioning to torch calories and elevate your fitness. Using a mix of kettlebells, barbells, free weights, and sleds, you’ll be challenged—whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete.

Performance Training

    This class a high-performance, one-hour training experience engineered for athletes and driven individuals seeking explosive speed, power, and resilience. This class fuses advanced kettlebell training with sprint mechanics, plyometrics, and athletic movement patterns to build a bulletproof body and elite-level performance.

    Whether you’re chasing performance or just want to move like an athlete this class will challenge your limits and elevate your potential.

Saturday Strength

    Saturdays at 10:00 - 11:00am

    A strength and conditioning class scalable for all levels. We’ll introduce the fundamentals of resistance training techniques while helping you identify your current athletic abilities. The goal is to meet you where you’re at and develop your skills in the weight room.
